Summary
As an Estates Maintenance Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hospitals remain safe, functional, and comfortable for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Planned Maintenance: Executing a range of planned maintenance tasks to keep our buildings and external environments safe and in good order. Safety First: Prioritising safety by conducting regular inspections and addressing potential hazards to create a secure environment. Exceptional Service: Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Flexible Support: Adapting to changing priorities and working flexibly to support our clinical teams and patient care. Main duties of the job To undertake, without supervision a variety of tasks which would include:- External grounds inspections Repair and replacement external paviours and kerbs Casting of concrete slabs General site labouring Dismantling and installation of hospital equipment and street furniture.
