What we are looking for
Worlebury St Paul’s Church School are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Clerical Assistant/s to undertake this crucial role at the heart of the school.
The post is for 37 hours, with a working pattern of 8.00am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will need to:
Have experience of working within an office, ideally a school office
Highly organised, possess excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrate patience, care and self-motivation
Be able to prioritise and adapt effectively when under pressure
Be able to thrive within a fast-paced, challenging yet very rewarding environment
Confidently demonstrate experience of excellent administration, ICT and financial skills
Hold safeguarding for all at the forefront of their responsibilities, making it their important job.
Previous experience within schools may be an advantage but is not essential as training can be provided
