Production Operative - Nights

Bridgwater | £15.37 per hour (once trained) | Temporary to Permanent | Night Shifts

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturing client based in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with training, progression, and competitive pay.

Key Details:
  • Temporary to permanent position.
  • Initial training on rotating shifts:

  • Monday to Friday: 6am - 2:15pm and 2pm - 10:15pm.
  • Training pay: £12.60 per hour.

Permanent night shift once trained:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 10pm - 6:15am.
  • Night shift pay: £15.37 per hour.
The Role:
  • Operate, program, and set up production machinery.
  • Monitor and top up material levels as required.
  • Conduct fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform regular quality control checks.
  • Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
  • Work effectively within a small, supportive team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous production or factory experience is desirable.
  • Willingness to train across rotating shifts before moving to nights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Good team working and communication skills.
