Summary

A respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support a busy Wills & Probate Partner in their Cleckheaton office. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and established team, providing essential secretarial and administrative assistance.

The Role:

- Audio and copy typing of legal documents, letters and forms
- Preparing and formatting correspondence and legal paperwork
- Managing diaries, arranging appointments and liaising with clients
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
- File management including opening/closing files and ensuring compliance
procedures are followed
- General secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the
department

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Wills & Probate (other
areas considered)
- Fast and accurate typing skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional communication and client care abilities
- Proficient IT skills and experience using case management systems
