Identify and assess assets: Research and identify all mechanical and electrical (M&E) assets within buildings like schools, medical centers, and courthouses.

Oversee reactive lifecycle work: Manage the process for reactive lifecycle work, maintain records, and provide technical guidance to the Assurance Team and other operational teams.

Provide technical support: Collaborate with Assurance Managers to offer technical advice and guidance to Operational Leads on key PFI contracts.

Conduct site liaison: Communicate with on-site engineers and staff to understand existing systems and maintenance protocols.

Perform asset assurance audits: Work with the Technical Assurance Manager to audit assets, verifying they meet best practices and contractual obligations. You will use a variety of sources like reports, inspections, and manuals to assess the condition and risk of M&E systems.

Develop asset management tools: Create and implement tools and reporting mechanisms to help various teams contribute to G4S's strategic asset management goals (ISO 55001).
