The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students aged 11–16 who have diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) challenges, and moderate learning difficulties. You’ll provide tailored support both in the classroom and in small intervention groups, helping pupils to engage with lessons and develop confidence.
This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role is particularly well suited to Psychology, Education, or related subject graduates, as well as those with previous experience in youth work, sports coaching, care, or mentoring. The role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to encourage positive behaviour.

• Experience in SEN, care, or working with children is beneficial but not essential
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available)
