Summary
Deliver expert, patient-centred stroke rehabilitation in line with HCPC, RCOT, and National Stroke Guidelines. Undertake complex neurological assessments and create evidence-based rehabilitation plans. Lead and inspire the therapy team, promoting excellence and professional development. Drive service quality through outcome measurement, data monitoring, and continuous improvement. Provide specialist input for complex discharge planning to optimise patient outcomes.
