Summary
This is an exciting opportunity within the Council to lead on community safety intervention and prevention within Hertsmere. The position is based in the Partnerships and Policy Unit.
We are looking for a confident individual to initiate partnership working and apply strategies to support communities. You will be working and collaborating with partner agencies to resolve reports of anti-social behaviour, gather evidence, support victims and take action against perpetrators.
You will have considerable experience in the field of community safety, preferably anti-social behaviour, within local government or a similar statutory body.
You will be vetted by Hertfordshire Constabulary, as this role requires use of their anti-social behaviour case management system.
The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).

The area is an internationally renowned centre for film and television production, home to BBC Elstree and Elstree Studios (a council owned asset).
