Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor or Associate to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team at our Hanley office in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient work manner, and be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to: -

Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, able to deal with the administration of Estates, comfortable with the use of Trusts in the mitigation of residential home fees and used to dealing with Inheritance Tax as part of the Administration of Estates.

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs.
• Previous experience of estates.
• 0-4 years PQE within Private Client.
• An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
