• MSc in Cyber Security, Information Security, or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• 5+ years’ proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, and cyber security roles
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
• Experience delivering client-facing solutions, with a focus on secure architecture and cyber risk mitigation
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and cloud security controls
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable:
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Security Engineer, or CompTIA Security+
• Experience in managed services environments (MSP)
• Knowledge of firewall configuration, penetration testing coordination, or SOC services
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
