Summary
What You’ll Do:
Focus on the people side of change, working with in partnership with the project manager, business analyst and sponsor to deliver long-term, strategically aligned outcomes.
Work across multiple campuses as well as from home.
Lead change impact assessments, recommend relevant change management interventions, assess business readiness, and implement associated change management strategies and plans, including engagement, training, and resistance management.
Play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
What You’ll Bring:
Extensive practical experience as a business change manager and a deep understanding of the critical role change management plays in the success of programme and project delivery.
Business change management qualifications/training undertaken.
A highly professional approach, with the ability to work proactively with staff at all levels, using a range of strategies to remove obstacles and support staff, resulting in positive and successful change.
Excellent communication skills, both direct and indirect, suitable for a wide cross-section of stakeholders.
The ability to select and utilise a range of change management tools and methodologies that match the project/programme needs.
