Summary
A Spanish-speaking After-school Nanny or Manny is needed by this busy family in Wapping, London, to assist them in looking after their school-aged child. They are seeking a bilingual childcarer, ideally a manny, to help the child continue practising Spanish in a natural way. The ideal candidate should be energetic, happy to help with homework, and ready to engage in a variety of fun activities. They are looking for someone who can be a positive and stable presence in their child's life. Someone who speaks English and Spanish is a must.
A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, approximately 25 hours per week
Duties include:
bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child
keeping child's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
providing homework assistance and supporting the child's educational growth
establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child's structure and development
