We are seeking a Business Operations & Development Associate to support our expansion into London and beyond. The role will cover operations, business growth, and cross-cultural management to ensure authentic standards and smooth supply chain management between China and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities in the UK Asian food sector, especially in London
• Develop operational systems to improve efficiency across dine-in, takeaway and franchise services
• Liaise with Chinese suppliers and UK partners to manage supply chain and quality assurance
• Provide staff training and cultural guidance on authentic Sichuan food standards
• Assist senior management in preparing business plans, financial forecasts, and compliance reports
• Support brand marketing campaigns (social media, events, partnerships) to build London presence
• Analyse sales data and recommend strategies for revenue and profitability growth

Person Specification
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in operations, administration, or food industry support
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Ability to manage cross-cultural projects and teams
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
Desirable:
• Familiarity with the UK F&B sector and Chinese cuisine culture
• Experience supporting business expansion projects
