A lovely family in Greenwich, London, is seeking a Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to help care for their school-aged child and maintain their household. This role is ideal for someone responsible, nurturing, and capable of balancing childcare with housekeeping duties. The nanny-housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the family. As there are two cats in the home, a pet-friendly candidate would be preferred. The ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or Chinese would be a bonus, although English-speaking candidates will also be considered. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 1:00/2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 18 hours per week
Duties include:
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children’s structure and development
Maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the private residence
Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
Carrying out cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
Washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothing and linens
Making beds and changing bed linen as required
Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
Preparing and cooking healthy meals for the family
They are looking for someone to hire on the 3rd of November 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
