Summary

We’re looking for a highly organised and approachable HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee records, induction and contract administration. You’ll work closely with external HR consultants to ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies, while supporting staff and managers with HR queries, performance management, and disciplinary processes. You’ll also help coordinate training and prepare HR reports and statistics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR advisory or administrative roles, strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law and excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll be confident working across departments, handling sensitive issues with professionalism, and supporting payroll and finance tasks when needed. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential, along with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and contribute to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
