Summary
Are you ready to use customer feedback to improve the experience of customers using the Bee Network? Are you someone who enjoys investigating data and creating valuable insight? If you love the idea of putting customers first and ensuring their voice is heard, we want to hear from you!
Your Role
You will be bringing the voice of customer to life by analysing customer feedback data and uncovering the themes of what customers are telling us. To do this you will use multiple sources of customer data and use Excel and other analytical platforms to dive into different aspects of feedback. You will summarise your findings in written and visual reports, ensuring that the experience of customers is accurately reflected and clear for decision makers to use as evidence in making improvements. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the future of customer experience by supporting research like mystery shopping and collaborating with teams across TfGM to support the development of dashboards, surveys and other insight tools.

Who are we?
The Customer Experience team serve as the voice of our customers within TfGM. We ensure that the experiences of customers using the Bee Network are gathered and understood, with the ultimate aim of improving experiences for our current and future customers.
The work we do has the opportunity to make a real difference. The customer insight we provide. through regular reporting of feedback, goes directly to business leads that can make improvements to customer experience.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A natural curiosity for investigating data to identify trends and themes
- Experience in analysing and visualising data sets in Excel
- An ability to write clear, engaging reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders
- Strong communication skillsyou can explain complex findings in a way that makes sense to everyone
- Experience managing multiple priorities, working to tight deadlines and be a team player who thrives under pressure

We are offering a permanent position with a salary of £29,881- £33,955 per annum depending on experience.
