Are you a people person looking for new and exciting role in administration?

Abingdon Community Hospital, OSRU ward is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join the dedicated administration team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth running of our services and offers a great opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive and friendly environment. The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, providing vital administrative support during the evening. If you are organised, reliable, and passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

 

Main duties of the job

The successful individual will be motivated and enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment providing a comprehensive administration service.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. You will have good organisational and IT skills including Microsoft Office .

You will be a confident individual who is able to use their own initiative to manage competing and conflicting demands.
