Summary

Introduction

Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating work opportunities? Join us at TfGM as an Early Careers Apprentice and play a key role in delivering impactful programmes such as apprenticeships, T Levels, internships, and work experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic People team whilst also working towards a recognised qualification.

Throughout your time with us you'll be helping to design and deliver meaningful opportunities, as well as studying towards a Level 3 apprenticeship accredited by the CIPD.

Your Role

As an Early Careers Apprentice, you’ll provide essential support in the administration and delivery of TfGM’s early careers programmes. You’ll be the first point of contact for apprentices and managers; help coordinate placements and contribute to the development of our early careers strategy. You’ll also gain valuable experience in stakeholder engagement, data management, and policy implementation.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A strong interest in early careers and the People profession.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems, especially Microsoft 365.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A minimum of Level 3 qualifications (A Levels, T Level, BTEC or equivalent) and GCSEs in Maths and English.
