Senior Finance Business Partner - Finance & IT - Cairn Housing Group
We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance & IT team at Cairn Housing Group. This is a key role helping us deliver strong financial leadership and support across the organisation.

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in guiding financial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading quarterly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
- Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors and lenders
- Supporting and advising budget holders on financial performance
- Managing and developing a small finance team
Must-haves:
- Qualified (or working towards) professional accounting qualification
- Strong experience in management accounts and financial control
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
- Skilled in Excel and financial systems
Nice to have:
- Experience within the housing sector
- Knowledge of housing management systems
