Summary
Job Title: Banksman
Location: Biggleswade Depot or Epping Site
Pay Rate: £13.68 - to £15.13 per hour depending on experience
Contract Length: 2 weeks with a good chance of being extended if all goes well, commencing 1st September
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking banksman to join our team. The role will primarily involve acting as a Banksman on site, with potentially driving of a 3.5-tonne vehicle if required. You will be working alongside our site team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Banksman to ensuring the perimeter of the work site in Epping Forest
- Operate a 3.5-tonne vehicle when needed (full licence required)
- Follow site health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with other site tasks to support smooth operations
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently
- Must be able to travel daily to either our Biggleswade depot or Epping site
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
