Summary

Senior Finance Business Partner

Hybrid - any office base across Scotland - Edinburgh (Head Office), Glasgow, Irvine, Inverness, or Thurso.
£55,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits

A leading employer in the public sector housing industry is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner within their Finance & IT team. This senior role will provide high-level financial leadership, accurate reporting, and effective business partnering across the organisation.

Role Overview

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead quarterly management accounts and statutory accounts

  • Act as the main contact for external auditors and lenders

  • Provide financial guidance to budget holders

  • Manage and develop a small finance team

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Qualified accountant (or working towards qualification)

  • Experience in management accounts and financial control

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the housing sector

  • Experience with housing management systems
