Our client, a female-founded and female-led law firm, is seeking an experienced commercial/corporate litigation paralegal to support a senior lawyer in high-quality legal matters within the UK jurisdiction.
The ideal candidate is confident in preparing pleadings, court bundles, HMCTS e-filing, and has a stable employment history that demonstrates dedication and reliability. Are you the right person for the job?
• Demonstrable experience supporting commercial/corporate litigation cases in the UK
• History of stable employment, no frequent moves between law firms or predominantly locum work
• Proficiency with:
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint
• Time recording software
• Legal technology platforms, including AI and remote working tools
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to work fully remotely with self-motivation
• Strong adaptability to technology and remote working tools
• Excellent virtual collaboration skills
What will your role look like?
• Take instructions and draft initial documents
• Prepare pleadings, court bundles, and complete HMCTS e-filing
• Liaise effectively with clients and counsel
• Handle file opening, compliance admin, and client care correspondence
• Diarise deadlines and closely track case progress
• Work collaboratively and efficiently in a remote environment
