NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership - Specialist Estates Services (NWSSP-SES) is an organisation committed to championing patient centred sustainable healthcare environments. We achieve this by providing professional and technical estates related services to the NHS Capital, Estates & Facilities team in the Health, Social Care and Early Years Group at the Welsh Government and NHS Wales organisations. A high standard of general education is required to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent (to include grades of C or above in English and Maths) and NVQ2 / City & Guilds or equivalent level of education in a subject incorporating a significant element of Computer Aided Design (CAD). Experience in the use of GIS is desirable. Good communication and IT skills are essential.
