Summary
Working as a Security Support Officer in college with age 16+ students, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across the campus. Your duties will typically include monitoring student behaviour, ensuring adherence to college policies, responding to incidents or emergencies, supporting staff during student interactions, and building positive relationships with young adults to encourage respectful and responsible conduct. You will play a key role in promoting a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere. There will also be responsibilities such as assisting with the maintenance and operations of college facilities and grounds which will positively contribute to the learner experience objectives.
