Summary

  • Sports Enthusiasts: You've got experience as a multi-sport coach or player and a solid foundation in multiple sports disciplines. You live and breathe sports!
  • Skillful Communicators: You know how to engage and connect with young people, parents, and staff, making every session fun, inclusive, and memorable.
  • Inspirational Leaders: You’re excited about motivating young people, fostering their love for sports, and helping them develop new skills, regardless of their age or ability level.
  • Flexible Team Players: You're adaptable, creative, and ready to tailor your coaching approach to meet the unique needs of diverse groups of kids.
  • Qualified Professionals: You hold relevant coaching certifications in one or more sports, possess First Aid skills, and are prepared to obtain or already have an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Mobile Mentors: A full driving licence and the ability to travel to various locations are essential for this role.
