Summary
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all areas of the commercial property, including:
Clubhouse rooms
Restrooms and locker rooms
Function/event spaces
Dining and bar areas
Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in a responsible manner.
Replenish supplies in restrooms (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet rolls).
Clean windows and mirrors as required.
Follow health and safety protocols, including the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Punctual, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
Flexible to work early mornings.
