Physiolistic (as part of the Vita Health Group) is a private physiotherapy company with clinics in Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Windsor. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our close-knit team in Henley-on-Thames as we continue to grow.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring that their experience with us is seamless and enjoyable. With your excellent communication skills and ability to empathise with others, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will work closely with other admin team members and support our team of physiotherapists to provide a seamless service and ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. You will be IT literate and confident as all our clinic systems are online and you must be able to multitask and prioritise effectively.

The role is full-time (40hrs/wk) with rotational shifts planned in advance being either 8am -4.30pm, 9.30am - 6pm or 11.30am - 8pm each week. There will be a requirement for weekend work on Saturdays (8am -4.30pm) as part of the rota with time off during the week for working a Saturday.
