Job Description:
Our client, a well-established engineering company in Tamworth, is looking for an experienced MIG Fabricator to join their growing team. They undertake a wide variety of fabrication work across different industries, giving candidates the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding and fabrication of components to drawings and specifications

  
  

• Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

  
  

• Fabricating parts across a range of thicknesses from 1mm – 25mm

  
  

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

  
  

• Using fabrication equipment, hand tools, and workshop machinery

  
  

• Quality checking completed work to ensure high standards are met

  
  

• Supporting a wide range of fabrication projects as required

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience

    
    

  • Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    
    

  • Flexibility to work overtime when required

    
    

  • TIG welding skills would be a strong advantage
