Do you want to lead a fantastic catering team and make a real difference every day? Are you passionate about creating exceptional meals, inspiring a team, and ensuring every dining experience is memorable?

As a Kitchen Manager / Chef with ISS UK, you will take the lead in our kitchen, overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals for patients and staff.​

You’ll manage your team, plan menus, and ensure our high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality are always met. This is a role for someone who thrives on creativity, leadership, and delivering outstanding food experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals

Plan and produce varied, appealing menus in line with company guidelines

Manage stock and ordering efficiently

Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness

Support and guide staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

About You

Proven experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen role

Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and catering best practices

Ability to inspire and lead a team while maintaining high service standards

Excellent organisational skills and creative approach to menu planning

Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences

A collaborative, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a busy kitchen environment
