Summary
Job Summary
I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated female cook/housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate must be capable of meal planning, preparing and presenting healthy meals to a middle-aged lady in my home. The ideal candidate will need to be patient and caring but must also be assertive enough to advocate for me when needed.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal planning and preparation, medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support me to assist with certain tasks eg when struggling to do something and physical activities as required. No heavy lifting or personal care required.
• Engage in meaningful activities with me to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
• Always maintain confidentiality.
• General domestic duties e.g.: cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Assisting with shopping and other associated tasks.
• Escorting to business, social meetings and events occasionally.
• May need support with admin.

• Requirements
• Previous experience in housekeeping roles is preferred but not essential.
• Previous admin experience preferred but not essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part as a team.
• Flexibility to cover sickness/holidays or occasional extra shifts as required.
• Relevant qualifications or training in catering would be beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS.
• Driving License is essential. Car provided.
