We are looking for a dedicated and caring Pharmacy Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly, patient-focused team. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in ensuring our local community receives safe, accurate, and compassionate pharmacy care.
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing and dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of the Pharmacist using modern dispensing systems.
Supporting NHS and private services such as blood pressure checks, healthy living advice, and minor ailment support.
Providing clear, reassuring guidance to help patients understand their medicines and health.
Building strong, positive relationships with patients and the wider healthcare team.
Contributing to a smooth, efficient, and supportive pharmacy environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is genuinely passionate about patient care.
Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally.
Can adapt to a busy retail pharmacy setting with confidence.
Enjoys teamwork but can also take initiative.
Wants to develop and grow their pharmacy skills (training support available).
