About the Role:As a Plant Nursery Worker, you'll work in a combination of outdoor and indoor settings - including glasshouses and poly-tunnels - to support the growth of up to 12 million trees per year. This role is hands-on, active, and ideal for those who enjoy working in nature and being part of something meaningful.
What You'll Be Doing:- Taking and planting cuttings.
- Lifting seedlings from seedbeds.
- Mechanical transplanting and netting seedbeds.
- Hand-weeding and nurturing young plants.
- Grading and preparing trees of all sizes.
- Packaging and checking products ready to grow into the forests of the future.
- Work in the fresh air, surrounded by nature - no two days are the same!

- £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.33 after 12 weeks.
