We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant high school in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across Key Stages 3 to 5, providing tailored support to students with a range of learning needs.
Your new role
- Support students across all age groups in a high school environment
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver inclusive education
- Assist with classroom activities, one-to-one support, and small group interventions
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential
What is required
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and student development
