Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in Northampton, NN4 9BX.
**Permanent contract opportunities available after 12 weeks**
Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
- AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) = £13.46 per hour
- PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) = £15.66 per hour
- Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) = £16.66 pr hour
- Overtime rate: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:
You will be working one of the following shifts:
- 06:00 until 14:00
- 14:00 until 22:00
- 22:00 until 06:00
- The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
- Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
- Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
- Using MHE
Benefits for Warehouse Operatives:
- Payment will increase by £1 after 12 weeks (probation period)
- Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)
- Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks

- Bonus up to £6 per hour on top of basic rate
