Join us as a BIM Technician and help deliver safe, efficient, and forward-thinking infrastructure




As our BIM Technician, you’ll take ownership of a range of design and planning activities across Replacement and Capital projects, with a strong focus on Multiple Occupancy Building (MOB) riser designs.


This is more than just technical design – it’s about ensuring every plan meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in identifying and mitigating design risks, ensuring alignment with SHE policies, Construction Industry Safety Legislation, and Cadent’s internal standards. You’ll also champion process improvement, streamlining workflows and applying best practice methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

Skills and Experience




You’re a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional with a passion for design and planning. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Software Expertise – Proficiency in AutoCAD 18 or higher is essential; experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is highly desirable.

Design Experience – Strong background in network design processes and graphical phasing representation.

Stakeholder Engagement – Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate technical information clearly.

Delivery Focus – Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
