Summary
Experienced Estimator – Construction/Renovation
Location: Bath & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
A & R Miles Limited is a growing renovation and construction company in the South West. We’re looking for an Experienced Estimator to join our team and help deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates & tenders
• Analyse drawings & project specs
• Source/liaise with suppliers & subcontractors
• Support the team with handovers & client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years’ experience as a construction/renovation Estimator
• Strong knowledge of materials, pricing & market trends
• Excellent Excel/numerical skills
• Organised, detail-driven, and a team player
