We are seeking an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of the business.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and manage diaries
- Process invoices, expenses, and perform basic bookkeeping
- Prepare and format documents, quotes, and reports
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and maintain HR documentation
- Maintain office systems, filing, and records
- Assist management with various administrative tasks

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administrative or office support (experience in construction is beneficial but not essential)
- Strong IT skills (including MS Office, Excel, and email systems)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
