Location: Bath, Somerset (and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full Time
Rate: £12.21– £16 per hour (depending on experience)
Reports to: Site Supervisor or Project Manager
Role Overview
As a Labourer at A & R Miles Ltd, you’ll support high-quality renovation and construction work across our project sites. You’ll help keep sites clean and organised, assist skilled tradespeople, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain tidy, safe work areas
• Load/unload tools and materials
• Assist skilled trades on site
• Mix and move materials
• Support the set-up of site structures
• Follow health & safety procedures
• Communicate hazards or supply needs
Skills & Requirements
• Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
• Physically fit and willing to work hard
• Good communication and team skills
• CSCS card preferred
• Own transport is an advantage
• PPE to be worn (provided or allowance offered)
