A bit about me:
I am a 27 year old male living independently in my own flat managing my own cooking and housework. I am an avid reader but also enjoying gaming and socialising in my local bars and cafes. I am not really into sport as such but I do enjoy using my exercise bike that is set up in my living room. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker.

About the role:
Ideally I am looking for someone who will offer me support with my ongoing mental health issues but ultimately offer me friendship and companionship. Having someone who can learn to recognise my challenges and keep me calm in stressful situations would be an amazing help. As I don’t need any help around the house I am really hoping to find a friendly face to socialise with, perhaps join the gym or go swimming with or even introduce me to other activities that I’ve not even thought of where I can meet other people of my own age.

The kind of person I am looking for:
Friendly and approachable, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. Good communication and social skills and to be prepared to take the time to get to know me properly. To respect confidentiality and privacy, be sensitive to my needs and have the ability to remain calm in situations that I may find stressful and challenging.
