Summary
To manage appointment ledgers and ensure efficiency of the appointment system, including monitoring the flow of patients into the system and reporting any concerns. Liaise with relevant staff from various health care settings. To maintain awareness of service delivery developments and contribute to the implementation of change within the service. To provide a comprehensive, administrative, and clerical support for the team. To work flexibly within the team, providing support and training to colleagues. Supervise and develop other clerical staff. Information management and data quality is essential to ensuring effective management of appointment ledgers.
