Summary

Work in partnership with the Lead Homecare Pharmacist and Technician in the provision of a high-quality homecare service in line with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Professional Standards for Homecare Services and Hackett Report. Supervise the team of technicians and assistants involved in the delivery of the Pharmacy Homecare Service, providing cover and support where necessary to the lead pharmacy homecare technician. Maintain and develop the highest standards of patient focused care in the provision of homecare Services. Support in the co-ordination of the day-to-day operational aspects of the Homecare service. Prioritise and manage the workload effectively. Assist patients with queries or concerns regarding Homecare services and escalate where appropriate to relevant seniors/ clinical colleagues.
