Summary
As a CAD Technician, you will take ownership of the accuracy and upkeep of M&E CAD drawings across our healthcare estate. Your work will support maintenance operations, capital projects and compliance activities, for building services including: ventilation, power, heating, lighting, water, fire protection and medical gases. This role includes site visits and may occasionally involve accessing plant areas using ladders or other equipment. Youll play a key role in clearly communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
