Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire
Contract: Permanent Full time 37.5 hours,
Salary: £60,000 per year + £6.7k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will act as a champion for our customers- leading, influencing, and shaping positive experiences across multiple channels, processes, and touchpoints. You will ensure that customers and community members remain at the heart of our decision-making while clearly demonstrating the value and impact Kier delivers.
Your day to day will include:
-Responsible for delivering customer and communication strategies and plans, ensuring consistency across all customer and communication activities within West Northamptonshire Council
-Providing customer excellence and first-class stakeholder engagement
-Support teams and projects where necessary to deliver contract requirements
-Support the delivery of the highways social value performance excellence plan
-Event management and community engagement with internal and external stakeholders

-Proven experience in engaging with senior members of the public, with the ability to empathise across diverse customer groups while demonstrating exceptional people skills
-Can work under pressure and be confident enough to make quick decisions
-Bring a result focussed attitude with a drive to make things happen and able to influence change, with skills in managing teams, being process driven and able to identify gaps in a process
