Summary
Sous Chef – Canary Wharf
£42,000 | Monday–Friday | 40 hrs per week
We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in a busy Canary Wharf kitchen. A great opportunity to work in a high-volume, customer-facing environment with weekends off.
What you’ll do:
Support the Head Chef with daily operations
Cater for up to 1,000 people daily
Lead and motivate a team of 10+ chefs
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef
Experience in large production kitchens
Strong leadership & communication skills
Positive, ambitious team player ready to progress
What we offer:
£42,000 salary
Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends
