Ongoing support from a super-experienced consultant who's been placing teachers for 13+ years in the local area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Teach small, ability-based groups (max 10 students), focusing on what they need - not their age
- Plan and deliver exciting, tailored lessons that keep students engaged
- Work closely with a top team of SEN staff, therapists, and leaders to give students the best shot at success
- Guide and support your TAs to create a calm, structured, and happy classroom
- Track student progress and share meaningful updates with families and SLT
- Help students grow in confidence, life skills, and independence - not just academics
- Use proven strategies to manage behaviour positively and keep the vibe respectful and safe
- Be involved in training and take part in whole-school events and initiatives

What the School's Like
- Classes are small, with no more than 10 students - each getting the attention they need
- Amazing support for learners with Autism, Complex Needs, and PMLD
- It's an Outstanding school (Ofsted says so!) known for high standards and fantastic progress
- The students are respectful and up for learning - they just need the right approach
- SLT are all about staff development and well-being - you'll feel valued and backed every step
- A truly inclusive ethos where the pupils come first
- Modern classrooms and resources help make lessons hands-on, creative, and engaging

The Kind of Teacher We're Looking For
- You've got QTS / QTLS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Whether you're an ECT with an SEN passion or an experienced teacher with a background in special education - we want to hear from you
- Confident in adapting and differentiating lessons to support a wide range of needs
- A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates well
- Skilled at building strong relationships with young people, parents/carers, and staff
- You're flexible, full of ideas, and can work independently when needed
- Experience in any of these roles is a plus: SEN Teacher, Special Needs Teacher, Autism Specialist Teacher, or subject-specific teachers with SEN experience (e.g. Maths or English)

What You'll Need to Apply
- A CV that covers at least the last 10 years (or as close as possible)
- Right to Work in the UK and current proof of address
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to get one)
- 2 solid references from recent roles - at least one must be child/school-based
- Overseas Police Check (if you've lived outside the UK)
- Your QTS certificate or equivalent
- A can-do, learner-focused attitude and a genuine passion for SEN
