Are you an experienced Forklift Operative looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in Newton Abbot who is seeking a reliable and hands-on Forklift Operative to join their friendly logistics team.

This is a physically active role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and thrives in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to move stock between multiple on-site buildings.
  • Stack and move wooden pallets as required.
  • Complete daily forklift checks and report any maintenance issues.
  • Support the waste and recycling operations across the site.
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
  • Pivot Truck Licence (must be in date).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Physically fit with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work.
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 08:30am to 5pm.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting at £13.10 per hour (opportunity to increase with additional licences).
  • Weekly pay.
  • 33 days holiday after 12 weeks.
  • Free on-site parking.
