Summary
Housing Standards Officer
Permanent Contract
18 hours per week
Work Base: Buxton and Leek
£30,024- £32,061 per annum pro rata
High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands District Councils is a mixed urban/rural area. It is ideally situated with a wide variety of sporting and recreational facilities locally and is in easy reach of the Peak District National Park.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our private sector housing team and contribute to improving the standards in the private rented sector.
You will have excellent communication skills, experience of dealing with housing disrepair and a can-do approach to varying workload. A qualification in housing is essential/desirable.
