Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

As a Customer Service Claims Handler, you’ll be the voice of reassurance for customers making property insurance claims. With empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude, you’ll guide them through the claims process, helping turn their house back into a home.
What You’ll Do-
Take ownership of customer claims, providing support from start to finish

Manage telephone queries and administration tasks in a busy contact centre

Problem-solve and deliver solutions tailored to each customer’s situation

Keep accurate records and handle data with precision

Work collaboratively with clients, trades, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
About You-
A strong communicator – both verbal and written

Calm under pressure and empathetic in difficult situations

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Confident with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry

Experience in claims handling is advantageous, but strong customer service experience in fast-paced environments is equally valued

Maths and English GCSE (A–C or equivalent) required
