About the Role

In this role, you will:
Manage IDAS’s referral and assessment hub ensuring that the needs of survivors and victims of domestic abuse and / or sexual violence are fully met in a trauma-informed and compassionate way.

Manage the delivery of helpline, Live Chat and info@ services.

Ensure that KPIs are met and the quality of the service delivered remains high.

Ensure that the service delivered across all regions is consistent through close working with colleagues in other regions to understand challenges and collectively find solutions to these.

Provide accurate and timely information on referrals, challenges and slippages as required by commissioners, SMT and the Board.

Manage, support and motivate a team of paid staff, students and volunteers and ensure that services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of IDAS.

Monitor referrals, engagement and analyse data to update actions on local business and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion plans.
