Schools Liaison are responsible for developing our links with over 75 high schools to ensure successful recruitment to all school leaver courses. As part of this team, you will work on variable hours which alter each week and play an important role in working to recruit students from Runshaw’s Partner High Schools, predominantly via interviewing prospective students, taking them on tours and attending parent’s evenings and careers fairs on behalf of the College.The successful applicants will be friendly, excited about education, pragmatic, and positive, with a keen awareness of how important this role is in the recruitment of students. They will also be administratively adept and able to pick up processes quickly.Please note this is not a fractional role, it is a variable hours role so some weeks there will be minimal or no work, whilst other weeks there will be a need for significant hours.
